When Dante Alighieri wrote Dante’s Inferno he should have placed a special section in hell for really stupid people who lack common sense and try to make a quick buck for simply being stupid. That’s what happened this week when a lady filed a frivolous lawsuit against Star bucks.
The obviously off her rocker woman was burned by her “unreasonably hot” tea and according to her lawsuit she suffered second-degree burns because of the negligence on the part of Star bucks.
According to the New York Daily News the “victim” suffered from “great physical pain and mental anguish,” to which I say, have you ever heard of ice tea you half witted loser. Next your gonna sue McDonald’s for making you fat and men for finding you repulsive…give me a break.
