TMZ is reporting that troubled actress Lindsay Lohan violated the terms of her probation and could face a jail sentence when she returns to court next month.
Judge Marsha Revel was very clear with Lindsay that she has to attend alcohol ed courses once every seven days. The only exception to this rule was if Lohan checked into an inpatient rehab. The judge said that if Lohan didn’t obey the terms of her probation, she would be sent to jail.
The school Lohan is attending needs to let the court know if a student missed class for 21 days. While the school didn’t report any violation since Lohan waited until the 21st day to attend class, but she violated the judge’s order. The judge is done giving her chances for violating her probation repeatedly.
