Are people so lazy that they can’t even pick up their own trash ?! How hard is it to pick up everything and throw it away in to a proper trash can!!
Is this where our kids are suppose to play and swim ?!
When are people going to wake up and realize that they are ruining their country with their own hands!
** I think that they should start putting some rules and regulations for these kind of people. There should be a high fin for dumping trash, and in my point of view, it should start of with 150KD, The higher the better. It really makes me sick knowing that people could do such think.

التوحد (Autism)
التوحد هو حالة من حالات الإعاقة التى لها تطوراتها، وتعوق بشكل كبير طريقة استيعاب المخ للمعلومات ومعالجتها. كما أنها تؤدى إلي مشاكل في اتصال الفرد بمن حوله، واضطرابات في اكتساب مهارات التعلم والسلوك الاجتماعى. لا يوجد سبب معروف لهذا النوع من الإعاقة. لا توجد طريقة أو دواء بمفرده يساعد فى علاج حالات التوحد، لكن هناك مجموعة من الحلول مجتمعة مع بعضها اكتشفتها عائلات الأطفال المرضى والمتخصصون.
وتظهر إعاقة التوحد بشكل نمطى خلال الثلاث سنوات الأولى من عمر الطفل لكل حوالى 15-20مولودآ / 10.000، وتفوق نسبة إصابة الصبية أربع مرات نسبة إصابة البنات.ويحيا الأشخاص المصابون بهذا النوع من الإعاقة حياة طبيعية وتجدها منتشرة في جميع بلدان العالم وبين كل العائلات بجميع طوائفها العرقية والاجتماعية.
الأسباب التى تؤدى إلى التوحد:
لا يوجد سبب معروف لهذا النوع من الإعاقة، لكن الأبحاث الحالية تربطه:
1- بالاختلافات البيولوجية والعصبية للمخ. لكن الأعراض التى تصل إلى حد العجز وعدم المقدرة علي التحكم في السلوك والتصرفات يكون سببها خلل ما في أحد أجزاء المخ.
2- أو أنه يرجع ذلك إلى أسباب جينية، لكنه لم يحدد الجين الذي يرتبط بهذه الإعاقة بشكل مباشر.
3- كما أن العوامل التى تتصل بالبيئة النفسية للطفل لم يثبت أنها تسبب هذا النوع من الإعاقة.
4- تناول العقاقير الضارة أثناء الحمل لها تأثير أيضاً.
5- وهناك جدل آخر حول العلاقة بين فاكسين (إم.إم.آر) والإصابة بإعاقة التوحد.
6- وقد يولد الطفل به أو تتوافر لديه العوامل التى تساعد على إصابته به بعد الولادة ولا يرجع إلى عدم العناية من جانب الآباء.
7- ويظهر التوحد بين هؤلاء الذين يعانون من مشاكل صحية أخرى مثل:
Fragile X Syndrome
Tuberous Sclerosis
Congential Rubella Syndrome
Phenylketonuria
الأعراض:
علامات الإصابة بإعاقة التوحد:
- الكلام في الحديث مكرر ومتكلف.
- الصوت يكون غير معبرآ أو يعكس أياً من الحالات الوجدانية أو العاطفية.
- تمركز الحديث عن النفس.
تشخيص التوحد:
لا توجد اختبارات طبية لتشخيص حالات التوحد، ويعتمد التشخيص الدقيق الوحيد على الملاحظة المباشرة لسلوك الفرد وعلاقاته بالآخرين ومعدلات نموه. ولا مانع من اللجوء فى بعض الأحيان إلى الاختبارات الطبية لأن هناك العديد من الأنماط السلوكية يشترك فيها التوحد مع الاضطرابات السلوكية الأخرى. ولا يكفى السلوك بمفرده وإنما مراحل نمو الطفل الطبيعية هامة للغاية فقد يعانى أطفال التوحد من:
1- تخلف عقلى.
2- اضطراب فى التصرفات.
3- مشاكل فى السمع.
4- سلوك فظ.
أدوات التشخيص:
يبدأ التشخيص المبكر وذلك بملاحظة الطفل من سن 24 شهراً حتى ستة أعوام وليس قبل ذلك، وأول هذه الأدوات:
1- أسئلة الأطباء للآباء عما إذا كان طفلهم:
- لم يتفوه بأيه أصوات كلامية حتى ولوغير مفهومة فى سن 12 شهراً.
- لم تنمو عنده المهارات الحركية ( الإشارة- التلويح باليد - إمساك الأشياء) فى سن 12 شهراً.
- لم ينطق كلمات فردية فى سن 16 شهراً.
- لم ينطق جملة مكونة من كلمتين فى سن 24 شهراً.
- عدم اكتمال المهارات اللغوية والاجتماعية فى مراحلها الطبيعية. لكن هذا لا يعنى فى ظل عدم توافرها أن الطفل يعانى من التوحد، لأنه لابد وأن تكون هناك تقييمات من جانب متخصصين فى مجال الأعصاب، الأطفال، الطب النفسى، التخاطب، التعليم.
2- مقياس مستويات التوحد لدى الأطفال(Cars):
ينسب إلى "إيريك سكوبلر " Eric schopler - فى أوائل السبعينات ويعتمد على ملاحظة سلوك الطفل بمؤشر به 15 درجة ويقييم المتخصصون سلوك الطفل من خلال:
- علاقته بالناس.
- التعبير الجسدى .
- التكيف مع التغيير.
- استجابة الاستماع لغيره.
- الاتصال الشفهى.
3- قائمة التوحد للأطفال عند 18 شهراً (Chat):
تنسب إلى العالم"سيمون بارون كوهين" Simon Baron-Cohen - فى أوائل التسعينات وهى لاكتشاف ما إذا كان يمكن معرفة هذه الإعاقة فى سن 18 شهراً، ومن خلالها توجه أسئلة قصيرة من قسمين القسم الأول يعده الآباء والثانى من قبل الطبيب المعالج.
4- استطلاع التوحد:
وهو مكون من 40 سؤالاً لاختبار الأطفال من سن 4 أعوام وما يزيد على ذلك لتقييم مهارات الاتصال والتفاعل الإجتماعى.
5- اختبار التوحد للأطفال فى سن عامين:
وضعه "ويندى ستون" Wendy Stone - يستخدم فيه الملاحظة المباشرة للأطفال تحت سن عامين على ثلاث مستويات التى تتضح فى حالات التوحد : اللعب - التقليد (قيادة السيارة أو الدراجات البخارية) - الانتباه المشترك.

Because the reaction to his death hasn’t been nearly borderline-ghoulish enough to rob whatever tiny filaments of dignity he may have had left, Michael Jackson’s grave will be open to the public on the one-year anniversary of his death. Oh, and that odd rattling noise you’re hearing now is Joe Jackson, somewhere in the distance, chanting “Ch-ching! Ch-ching! Ch-ching!”
According to Spinner:
“Currently located at California’s Forest Lawn cemetery, US authorities have given the go-ahead for fan tributes to take place in a protected setting at a distance from Jackson’s grave on June 25.
Given the magnitude of public outcry when Jackson passed away last summer from a drug overdose, police are focusing on security concerns and using a similar procedure to the one employed in July when the singer was finally laid to rest after an internationally televised wake. In September 2009, Jackson was moved to a section called the Great Mausoleum, which will remain completely closed off to the public.”
Moreover, Glendale police sergeant Tom Lorenz ensured the L.A. Times that there will be a high police presence:
“We understand that Forest Lawn is working with the Jackson family for some kind of commemoration… We will be working closely with Forest Lawn to ensure the safety of those who want to pay their respects to Michael Jackson while ensuring the safety of others who are coming to the cemetery to pay respects to their loved ones.”

الحكاية الواقعية بدأت حين اعتقدت فتاة كويتية أنه بإمكانها تجاوز الإشارة قبل أن تتحول إلى اللون الأحمر وظنت فعلا أنها تجاوزتها قبل ذلك إلا ان الدورية المرورية كانت بالمرصاد فاستوقفتها وترجل منها رجل أمن في حين بقي الآخر فيها، وما إن أخذ منها الدفتر والإجازة حتى بادرها قائلا «اعطني رقم هاتفك ولا أخالفك»، وأكدت الفتاة أن استغرابها من هذا الطلب جعلها تتصل فورا على غرفة العمليات في الداخلية لتبلغ بما حدث حينها ترك سائق الدورية زميله متوقفا وغادره مسرعاً مرسلاً إليه دورية أخرى لنقله قبل أن يستفحل الموقف.. لكنه قبل ذلك وضع المخالفة وغادر

The Most Expensive Camera in the World !!!
The WestLicht camera auction on the 29th of May 2010 ended with a sensation. Lot 544, a Daguerréotype Giroux from 1839, was sold for the unbelievable price of 732,000 Euros (incl. premiums) and is thus not only the first commercially produced camera but also the most expensive camera in the world. No less spectacular is the price achieved by the mercury box that goes with the Daguerreotype – the extremely rare accessory was sold for 144,600 Euros.
The wooden sliding-box camera was made in Paris in September 1839 by Alphonse Giroux, the brother-in-law of Louis Jacques Mande Daguerre, the inventor of the first practicable photographic process. Daguerre even signed the camera to verify its authenticity. Only a few of these cameras are known to exist worldwide and all of those are in public museums.
